One is that they are talking with GM/VW/TELSA and have theme fund the conversion plant, but in return they want a % of the resource going through the plant for their use. So off takes remaining might have to be worked out carefully. Having a debt free coy very beneficial also. The Fin Rev also mentioned overseas investors. Perhaps a decent stake from one of the big guys also. Many options, but what ever it is, be reassured its in the best interest of shareholders as the market is red hot.
If nothing happens we fall back today anyway to the low 180's IMO. The push to $1.92 close was on rebalancing and should have finished around the $1.88. With the Dow down 600 points we would drop. Now a TH and a raise at a discounts of 10-15% of $1.92 , I take thanks and have $1/5B in the bank.
