besides it isnt a mere pittance... CATL are coughing up CASH + technical expertise in the LiOH business & Battery manufacturing all V Strategic not just for the Li Company in mention but also for the Government & the rest of the continent
THEY WANT THIS and they will move heaven & earth to Capitalize & make Batteries for the European market the Continents Valuue chain into EV + the US market potential
