A few thoughts on the upcoming SPP.
I think it is highly likely that the SPP will be heavily oversubscribed.
Consequently, even if you ask for $30K worth (18,181 shares) it is likely you will only get a portion of that.
I conclude from this is that if you are relying on the SPP as your means of topping up you may be disappointed.
I think most of us know that the current pricing will be our last opportunity to buy at this level, any one of the pending announcements should see a swift resurgence.
A few cents either side of the SPP price is irrelevant. When LTR is $5+ will you be worried if you paid $1.65 or $1.68 or even $1.75 etc?
The large institutions haven't put in $450 million expecting the price to get to $2 - I suspect they are looking at multiples of that and so am I.
I hadn't topped up since 2019 but today I bit the bullet.
I will still try and get my fill at the SPP too but I don't think a full allocation is likely, so buying now is a no-brainer for me.

I just think today's pricing is too good to refuse.
