For what it's worth my take is.
I'm going to take what i can (afford) under 1.65 now in smaller amounts (just started buying at 1.59) and catch the knife (so to speak). Come 2 days prior deadline for the Spp i'll check where the share price is and make the call.
I expect the share price to be higher once some OT's come out or results on BUL.
It's a long game, i've been here since the first hit on KV and intend to be here till the last. Check back in Jan.
