On the note of Nigel not being in control should make you even more nervous. It doesn't matter if its up to the DRC government Nigel or the tooth fairy. There is no mining licence. Period. Makes no difference who's fault it is. You don't have it. If it was because of Nigel you could think that he could do something about it but being in control of the DRC and the massive delays granting it should make you even more cautious.
