So does this mean that there is some group that wishes to prevent LTR from raising 40mill with the SPP as why would you pay 1.65 / share when you can get it at $1.58. Seems like an attack to damage our chances of raising the extra 40 mill.
Why would anyone deliberately do that. Is this manipulation .?
