The $1.65 was a bit of a gift to shareholders - at the time at least. News is pending so it's unlikely to remain this low for long.
If it stays sub $1.65 undoubtedly the retail offer will fail. Meaning they try again later or they take on more debt. They already have about $460 million, anyone calling the wha-wha-whambulance is probably being a bit pessimistic.
Institions will be thrilled buying at these levels. Each tree shake yielding cheap shares from compliant bedwetters.
