The $450 million was based on 15% of a $3bn market cap, which is the max they can raise in a CR/year. Its a decision made by the company.
Conceivably they can tell the lab not to return any results until 20/12/21 without any breach. Its not a bad strategy since everyone has the same opportunity to benefit - and some shareholders have. ASX release for Buldania +/- offtakes next week will make for a happy Christmas.
$1.56 - seems buying at $1.49 with my wife's Christmas present money wasn't a bad idea after all.
