Now if LTR were cap in hand seeking offtake customer funding or partial sale of asset to be able to move forward, then there could be reason for DD in a “data room”.

What’s far more likely here is the 30+ potential offtake customers that we have been told are in communication with the BOD, or better yet the 6 qualified prospects of that 30+ are checking that their bit of the more than 1 Tonne of spod from LTR meets their needs before they finalise their offtake volume and pricing offers.

Maybe what she meant by “Due Diligence” and “Data Room” was “product qualification” and “processed samples” - something I’m still waiting to see happen in some other Li holdings I’ve got…

LTR has SC6 concentrate being assessed by offtakers. Apparently its running at 6.2 to 6.3% LiO2.

I think the market will evolve to be mostly spot by 2024 for SC6. Its a moot point as to what benefit being lockdown by offtakes will give LTR.

I haven't got a clue what bluey's yammering about. Probably time for her afternoon nap.
