With LTR of course that’s far less relevant than the earlier movers where the customer market was more circumspect about how spod operations would stack up and also far less relevant with an entity that is FUNDED TO STAGE 1 PRODUCTION.

Now if LTR were cap in hand seeking offtake customer funding or partial sale of asset to be able to move forward, then there could be reason for DD in a “data room”.

What’s far more likely here is the 30+ potential offtake customers that we have been told are in communication with the BOD, or better yet the 6 qualified prospects of that 30+ are checking that their bit of the more than 1 Tonne of spod from LTR meets their needs before they finalise their offtake volume and pricing offers.

Maybe what she meant by “Due Diligence” and “Data Room” was “product qualification” and “processed samples” - something I’m still waiting to see happen in some other Li holdings I’ve got…
