Yes, rather than keeping hundreds of customers on phones waiting, it amazes me that busy phone banks dont just say "we're busy, so hold and wait or press 1 and we'll return your call ASAP"? I've got that 'please hold' feeling with LTR right now from the long wait for the LTR SSP to conclude so we can get back to some real SP action. ;-)
