Or why don't they employ more humans? I'd be prepared ro receive less dividends in exchange for quick, polite answers to my questions on the spot, any day. Service carries a cost and I'd pay. Indeed, it's exciting when a real person from a business immediately speaks. I think there's an insurance company for seniors where this happens but it's probably my dementia preventing my ability to recall the details....
