FWIW re a potential TO offers, I note that LTR has been worked down from about $2 to around the level where WES launched their TO bit at just under $2.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think that such an offer would have any chance of success, but there is nothing stopping some organisation to make such an opportunistic offer.
I’m sure it would be rejected as undervaluing LTR and being opportunistic, however in turn it could be the start of something else, because suddenly it is all out there and it may force some hands into taking action and with that may lead to a biting process for either LTR as a whole or just KV as a project on its own!
