it is an interesting deal between cxo and Tesla today. 27,500tpa only. Tesla can definitely secure 27,500tpa on top of the 150,000tpa from LTR IF ( only IF ) LTR wants to allocate more volume to TESLA. But it is not hard to find out that TONY said No to Tesla, after reading cxo's deal with Tesla.
so the question is who is the next customer and this customer is worthwhile/important enough to let Tony said no to Tesla.
