Just take a little look at the complete and utter mess of the global economics.
That will answer to what the market does or does not do.
This may be a speculative stock and therefor most of the buying and selling is controlled by the professional traders.
You need to study up a bit before plunging into making ill informed comments of a share market stock.
LTR will pull through this, but it could a very rough road until we get to digging up and selling it.
