Why is AVZ MC 200m more than LTR when we have $450m in the kitty, zero debt, 100% owned, will be into prodn within 24 months and two binding Off take agreements compared to AVZ which may or may not own 75% (likely 51%), has alot of debt and unlikely to get into prodn for at 4-5 yrs? Doesn't make any sense to me. Thanks
