They (GS) really didn't spell out their argument why they believe the supply side has been stoked enough to cause a big drop in prices. Interest rates rises and a global recession dampen EV demand enough to cause the Li price to stall. However, the EV demand continues the up and up, I can't see the prices dropping dramatically enough to affect the share prices of Li produces or soon to be producers. I do worry about Li prices staying way too high, as efforts to substitute Li out will continue and maybe increase.
