Not the best time to be jumping into property imo, so it will depend on her timeline. If she put $250k into LTR now she could have over $400k after tax by second half of 2024 if I am proven correct. I hate giving advice to anyone as I am not a professional advisor. She is aware of this and actually bought into LTR a long time ago but didn't tell me as she knew I would worry about it. The day she finally told me she had bought was when we topped out over $2 .

One thing for sure is the Liontown effect is far reaching. It goes well beyond it's immediate shareholders.
