Another point most people tend to forget or overlook completely is the % of costs that is equity funded as we gear up for production.
All the doom and gloom of interest rates rising pushing up cost of debt and we at LTR are one of the most heavily equity funded projects out there meaning we will be cushioned from IR impact moreso than our peers. For us to follow the market down at the same rate is laughable
