This project is 'priced for perfection' with a market cap of 2 and a quarter billion dollars. Lithium up 4 fold this year - a good chance it will fall from grace now as likes of Tesla slash production and workforce. I have taken out a short here at 103 cents with a target of 30 cents - I'm expecting things won't work out perfectly with the construction side of things. Huge equity will be needed here. Good luck whatever your position.
