Liontown Resources (ASX: LTR) is a battery metals exploration and development company with the Tier-1 Kathleen Valley Lithium-Tantalum Project in Western Australia. The Position

Reporting into the GM of Project Development, the Senior Cost Controller will assist Liontown Resources as it grows into the next phase of its development strategy.

As Liontown’s Senior Cost Controller, you will directly add value to the Kathleen Valley project by overseeing and implementing cost management, forecasting and change management for the construction and commissioning of the project.

Based in West Perth with site visits as required, your previous experience with mining projects with demonstrable value is an exceptional opportunity to get in the ground level of this growing business. As this is a small and newly-formed team, the successful candidate must be a flexible hands-on team-player, jumping in to help out wherever it is needed.

This position's key responsibilities are:

• Implement the project Work Breakdown Structure for project development and future studies.
• Establish baseline budgets for labour, capital and other project related costs.
• Prepare and maintain the project control budget including commitments, expenditure and forecast at completion.
• Manage and drive the trend and change management process and where required estimate the cost of change.
• Liaise with procurement and contracts and provide budget allocations for packages of work and to capture all commitments.

You will have:

• Experience across cost control with a good understanding of contracts and scheduling
• A tertiary qualification in related field
• Advanced skills in the cost control process of a multi-discipline greenfields project
• Experience in a cost management software
• The ability to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
