Liontown Resources (ASX: LTR) is a battery metals exploration and development company with the Tier-1 Kathleen Valley Lithium-Tantalum Project in Western Australia. The Position

Reporting to the ESG Manager, the GIS Specialist will assist Liontown Resources as it grows into the next phase of its development strategy in this maximum-term arrangement.

As Liontown’s GIS Specialist, you will directly add value to the Kathleen Valley project by working with project leadership on creating and maintaining high-quality databases and deliverables. You will also be responsible for maintaining digital databases and the digital storage of project information.

Based in West Perth with frequent site visits, your previous experience with mining projects with demonstrable value is an exceptional opportunity to get in on the ground level of this growing business. As this is a small and newly-formed team, the successful candidate must be a flexible hands-on team-player, jumping into help out wherever it is needed.

This position's key responsibilities are:

• Engage with various stakeholders throughout the business to understand requirements and determine functional requirements
• Implement accurate data processing/conversion/reprojection/analysis to support projects
• Able to identify, understand and utilise new technology relating to the GIS field and learn new information systems which support the ability to deliver solutions to the business
• Prepare GIS data, conduct analysis and produce high-quality mapping products
• Establish and maintain spatial datasets and control of data to ensure data accuracy

You will have:

• Recognised qualifications in Spatial Sciences, Computer Sciences, Surveying, Cartography, GIS, Applied Engineering or Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role where you a have worked with large amounts of GIS and Spatial related data
• Experience administering QGIS or similar spatial databases
• The ability to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
