Mate, I totally get it. I'm still fighting Jijin in Bermuda and Sth Africa courts over settlement of NKWE Platinum. Once bitten, twice shy. Has been going on for years and I and many other Australian shareholders are still sinking further funds to try and get back what we believe we deserve.
So I have good insight into Jijin and their tactics. I hope AVZ has a better outcome but after reading many lawyer communications over several years, it is very concerning for them.
