i have been luck enough to see a copy of the report, was a detailed report,
valuation was based on as you said if they funded and mined on their own, 90c valuation was conservative and discussed that most likely LTR will entertain a JV partner. report discussed likely partners
looked at the problems that some current producers have incurred and what things that LTR will need to try to avoid
all in all was a good report.
