yes TR I 100% agree with you but what I was saying was that WES is not, IMO going for a take over. As you said TG and his friends and family would be enough to stop it anyway. WES knows that a hostile take over would never work here. I am speculating that they may being encouraged to buy in by LTR to put them in a position to come into a refinery JV with LTR in a few years. Under this scenarios LTR would still own the resource 100% but have a JV with WES to refine. Remember that TO has suggested a few times that longer term a JV might be the right vehicle for LTR to get into refining faster and with the necessary expertise. Note that WES is building a refinery now for Mt Holland with SQM and will be learning alot so they are the perfect partner.
