A couple of updates I have found over the past couple of days that I thought I would leave up here for everyone. Apologies if anyone else has uploaded this information and I have just missed it.

Firstly is the update on the Environmental Registration initially submitted in March 2022. The other week another poster on HC showed that the registration status was "On Hold (Awaiting Proponent)". It has further been updated back to "Under Assessment (DMIRS)" which to me implies that Liontown has provided the additional information required and is back being reviewed, so hopefully we receive approval soon.


It was also interesting that the other day, I found parts of the document sent to DMIRS for the licences that remained outstanding. The main thing for me was the timelines they put forward to the Department, slightly more detailed then we get in the LTR presentations. See below.


Lastly, as we know, we have been in a trading range for the past few weeks, and I have kept track of the top 10 institutions and mutual funds increasing their positions by approximately 1 to 2 million shares combined month on month since at least February 2022. What seemed strange to me was this morning, I noticed that Van Eck's REMX ETF have decreased their holdings in the past couple of reporting days from approximately 42 million shares to approximately 30 million shares. Considering they are our largest holding fund it surprised me, however they were short of cash the other day by approximately $20m and given Liontown's run up recently, I can see why they would have rebalanced this way. This may explain some of the wild swings we've seen recently as when these fund's decide to sell, they generally don't care about what price they sell out at. See below.
