LTR applications for those tenements L53/263,264,265,266 & 267 look like they are for water collection purpose IMO. You can see them on the GeoView Gov. map below. they are marked in blue, the others are marked in yellow. KV Project is also marked.
LTR has got many other tenements around the KV Project for water collection purpose.
Because those tenements L53/263,264,265,266 & 267 are overlying Cameco tenements, apparently Cameco has an objection for it. As far as I know LTR's application is not for exploration on these tenements but for special purpose, hence objection should not be considered as a valid reason.
