I think a crap offer, lets says a friendly 400 Mil offer would be great for the stock, firstly it would put a rocket under the SP because it is double the current MC.
Secondly because it would be rejected.
Thirdly and most importantly it would draw so much free publicity to the stock.
An aggressive TO attempt would be the best spectator sport wise, though very likely to fail for reasons other people have pointed out, it would be massively newsworthy and send the SP nuts.
Neither of these scenarios are too likely as Tim has set the company up like a little fortress and anyone making enquiries is being put in the holding pattern with the others until we prove up what we have IMO.
But never say never to any scenario, what we have is highly desirable and all the main players know it.
