This is all my understanding from what the management is doing and also from the analysis of industry elements;

No mate, $500m is a crap offer.
I am quite confident that they might offer $550m today but it would be rejected. I would reject.

Anything less than $700m is considered as a crap offer by the management IMO. They even wouldn't take it officially, might be saying "no, do not make it official, we wouldn't support it. So don't open your hand, stay quite or this is what we ask for now; $750m, because we will keep drilling and will prove more than 100mt".

The buyers already know very well that they can't make a official offer to LTR. They are all looking to each other's hands to see what they have got and how desperate the other is. Then the guns will be pulled out one day.

The reason is; we have 75mt @1.30% Li2O in the current KV project resource but we don't know the true potential yet. Firstly we need to know that.

How much we have got at KV project; 75mt, or 100mt, or 125mt.
The resource price would be very different for each of those numbers.

The maximum tonnage is in KDR's resource (not much unknown potential left) is well know; it's 190mt (half of 189mt),.. but we don't know yet.

We are not KDR, we are not desperate to sell half of the resource to $150m. We can wait.
