Sorry but to say DFS price is most likely accurate is a way too conservative IMO. I think it was like US$1300 in the DFS? Prices have been going north ever since, beyond even most of the more optimistic analysts. And it's difficult to find a credible report that says anything other than tight supply till at least 2026. Especially for SC6. EV demand and ESS application is growing beyond all expectations. And supply is as expected or lower.
If you told me it would be somewhere between highs of $US5-6000 (contract pricing, likely to go higher) and the DFS price, like $US3000 - then I'd say that's keeping it real (eventhough I think it'll actually be much higher). But IMO DFS prices ain't happening for a long time, if at all.
