Our dfs contemplated a spodumene price of USD1,400.
Capacity of 511,000t increasing to 700,000t
At a AISC of USD452/tonne

So here we embarked to build a company that will achieve a margin of USD950/tonne

How many companies did we plan to build? ONE!

Now everything has changed, except LTR’s vision.

SP spot price is now USD8,000, hence even at a AISC of usd750, we’re not looking at a margin of USD7,000/tonne.

How many USD950 is that? SEVEN!

What does it mean?

We were here to build a single profitable company. Which has now turned into the equivalent of Seven super profitable companies!


Well, the charts doesn’t not show that, does it?

BHP is blind to that, isn’t it?

Rio cannot see that, can it?


This was the dfs 12 months ago, on 8/11/22 when we released our DFS, our Share price was $1.86.

-completing a compelling DFS
-for raising $463m equity funding since
-for inking 3 best offtakes anyone can have - Tesla, Ford, LGES at spot prices or better terms
-for obtaining NTA on 27/11/21
-for obtaining construction permits, all systems go full steam
-for having started construction
-for ensuring full funding to production with $300m Ford facility
-for being awarded the Best Emerging Company in 2022 in the asx
-for being awarded with Best Emerging Leader of 2022
-for not creating hype, just substance

In the last 12 months of working our butt out in searing heat and covid risks, The market has rewarded LTR with the BIGGEST ZERO, ZILCH, BUCKLEY share price rise on the planet.
