"The unfortunate and unethical thing is that they are borrowing our shares from our brokers and they are shorting our company which we have invested. This is considered as legal. IMO it has to be illegal. We shareholders are not being informed by our broker that our shares are borrowed by someone else. We are not getting any benefit from that transaction even though it's our assets. That is not acceptable in any terms; legally and ethically."

However, I would like to add the following:
To my knowledge, brokers are not allowed to lend our shares if they are in a sell order, for let's say $50 with a maturity of one year.
Thus, at least for me, I have the satisfying feeling that they are not able to play their disgusting game with my shares....
