Cash, most get sucked in by a resource size or unproven technologies, and don't study the capabilities of their management or the hurt money they have put into it. Especially with massive changes in the world, quick get rich bastards will come out of the woodworks and suck newbies in. So they get lots of freebies, pump the price and never deliver on time any news and have delays after delay. We can see that with many global LIT explorers. I have learned a long time ago that the quality of management is one of the most important things to get stuff out of the ground and on a boat, regardless of the quality of that resource. To me its, resource quality, management and location. If one of the three is missing, stay the hell away. AIMO
