Just have a look at PLS mcap (already producing at the time) same time when Kidman offer came thru and compare it to the price offered by Wes for 50% of Kidman. Do google search it’s easy - ( offer about April though not completed until Sep)
PLS also went Ann’s it’s going to sell a stake in the company- no one was interested. The likes of Kidman and KV projects are more valuable and attractive. Esp KV for thousands of reasons already discussed.
