How will anyone know ALB has walked away? IMO TG and the board have played it perfectly - by not disclosing the first two ALB offers they're leaving everyone second guessing what is going on behind the scenes. For all anyone knows ALB may have upped their offer already, or maybe someone else has something on the table. Terrible for shorters (boo hoo), but the uncertainty will mean a good whack of those who bought in will be disinclined to sell for a while IMO.
