My sale at $2.50 was insurance for me but a gift to ALB for showing an interest. That's all they'll get from me though. Value well north of here for the patient imo.
ALB maybe a chance to JV for the downstream but I don't think they'll be getting KV. I doubt they'll walk away either given they see value here also, and probably want in on the downstream. LTR holding all the aces.
