I actually think LTR will release an updated DFS not to obtain funding but for two important reasons (1) give the downstream JV partner a price point and (2) to give predators a very strong message.

What’s the message?

You’re such a nuisance, Better pay up $25 billion now or jump in the frozen lake!!!
