It’s simple - KV is three months closer to production. Apart from that, it’s more comforting knowing that things haven’t changed since February - don’t know if the same can be said about projects that are in Mali and Ghana as things could change any minute.
Presenting financials of a project on a spreadsheet is one thing but executing the project and operating it successfully is a totally different thing. Rule of thumb - compare apples with apples.
