LTR will almost certainly be having its Tesla offtake SC6 shipped to China, either to Teslas conversion facility when operational in country or via a tolling agreement through its supply partners.
They will not be shipping SC6 20,000 Km to Dallas when they have supply closer from NA and SA. The 2025 - 2030 offtake will be going to CHINA
As for the DSO, well, the waste levy and carbon footprint makes it far more likely to be CHINA. LG use CHINA for tolling.
