DSO opex is fairly irrelevant as the dirt is getting dug up anyway, as long as the price achieved is significantly lower than the cost to crush and ship then it is a worthwhile endeavour which will offset the capex.
DSO doesn’t need to stack up as a worthwhile business endeavour on its own as half of the work is costed to the SC6 project.
