Why would you care about us?

I don't know what the LTR management's price tag but I'm nearly sure they are not asking anything less than $6.

You may offer $7 to be attractive. Not sure if they'd sell it at that price because even a 50c dividend gives T Goyder around $175m every year. He looked very happy to get dividends. I am too.
