Has anyone thought about the recent spike in SP to $3.20?...

Has anyone thought about the recent spike in SP to $3.20? Reminds me of the spike to $2.20 then months later a non-binding bid was announced. My opinion is that Albermarle have come back at $3.20 or $7B and management shot this down without releasing to market (as they did last time). If this is the case then Tim and Board should keep shareholders informed pronto. Its not fair when instos have the opportunity to push the SP like they did to $2.20 and retail remain out of the loop. Wouldn't surprise me if we see an announcement about an unsolicited offer albeit delayed
