I reckon there are a few more twists and turns to come yet…stating the bleedin’ obvious I know..
I’m no corporate lawyer but if, and again it’s a rather big if, Albemarle’s offer is it’s “Best and final” offer, unless a superior offer is made, then what happens if todays mystery buyer keeps buying all the way up to 19.9% of our outstanding capital. I’m pretty sure at 20% an offer must be made for all the shares but can they stop at 19.9% without making a bid? i.e. no formal bid is made but one heck of a blocking stake has been amassed…
I'm probably way off the mark but I can’t see Albemarle progressing any further at all…
It has been mentioned in other posts that Gina did some sort of deal a few months back to supply Lithium to India. I vaguely remember reading something along those lines whilst thinking “hang about, she ain’t got no Lithium”…Maybe she’s talking to TG as we speak about such matters?
off to watch the AFL at a friends place over Pizza and a nice red…might wear my Liontown t-shirt the kids had made for me…
