Some good points Goldi. The proximity to the proposal may come into consideration with the independent valuation. I know there are mixed views on that but if the market value is above the proposal this to me is not a great indicator of fairness when it comes to the assessment. I don't doubt that when it comes to strategy and securing the deal ALB will not think twice about a sacrificial few mil here or there.

When it comes to Gina, well some have already indicated that her holding was last reported border lining 5% and since yesterday I'm yet to see a notice of a substantial holder announcement. So unless it's late I'd imagine she's likely sold off. Put yourself in her shoes as a business woman... if her position is possibly going to remain stagnant for a few months her asset value here would better be held as cash if the gamble was in favour of ALB proving successful (despite what we LTHs believe).

And yes, thank you ALB for advertising the greatness of KV publicly
