    PLS can offer cash and scrip bid. We may haven’t considered or wanted this scenario before as more probable than alb, Gina or rio.
    But with their cash position, this makes more sense for them to pursue Ltr rather than their p1000 or p2000. this allows them also to quickly
    1)enhance their environmental profile and finally able to produce sc6 rather than 5.3.
    2)They’d be the biggest company which controls the market. But not for the sake of being the biggest but more importantly
    3)they instantly be able to venture out of and not glued to Chinese customers to reap ira benefits
    4) and allow them with the widest options downstream ready to be pursued sooner than what their p1000 or p2000 would offer

    Now that you brought this out, it actually makes more sense for pls to act on this than gina or Alb

    alb doesn’t know how to mine, they haven’t mined since 1982 acc to j Lowry. Pls had lessons, Ltr project poised to avoid those mistakes pls had, plus pls can still tweak whatever best practices Ltr has already put in place.

    @Dale Henderson are you listening?
