If pls offers $4, it will lift both pls and Ltr. This is a bargain at $4. Am no longer dreaming of 6 with the way things are going. But I would like pls to offer either a scrip or cash/scrip bid. Pls had more cash and mining experience than alb and therefore confronted with less risks than alb. It could soften the tax blow for retail.
Pls P/E ratio by market is pathetic compared to AKE/livent. An Ltr acquisition will reverse that big time imo
