To back up your stance @dynofish the only inconsistency we've ever seen with the BOD is last Monday's announcement. Every other announcement has been followed up with great communication. They've gone silent here and have given this latest announcement very little attention publicly.
Fighting off a take over bid doesn't spell out "for sale" and "ballparks away" should be a reasonable hint on price point. I think tomorrow will provide us all with some great satisfaction.
Outside of board meetings it'll be business as usual.
