Let's face the facts now that HP have apparently torpedoed this silly $3 TO bid by ALB.
ALB still will need to acquire access to lots of good spod for their WA LiOH operations. If they experience a shortfall in supply, they may still be able to access LTR's non-allocated KV output (inc DSO?), but instead of owning it and getting it cheap, they will have to purchase it from LTR at a decent price. Sounds a much better arrangement for LTR, holders and Gina!
