Petrovski, in an alternate take, I am thinking ALB is the frog and Gina Rinehart/LTR is the scorpion. The frog wasn't the smartest frog in this instance. Natural selection has kicked in for Kermit.
With a lot of people on LTR KV site with skin in the game (LTR shares), I think Gina Rinehart is intelligent enough and has the resources to ensure continued LTR involvement and therefore success. She will eventually have a larger part of the pie when the refining occurs.
"A scorpion asks a frog to carry him over a river. The frog is afraid of being stung, but the scorpion argues that if it did so, both would sink and the scorpion would drown. The frog then agrees, but midway across the river the scorpion does indeed sting the frog, dooming them both. When asked why, the scorpion points out that this is its nature."
