Not what I asked though is it. The SP today might be above the offer but could be anywhere by the time this goes to a vote. ALB aren't "dead in the water" as many are claiming. Sure this might get voted down (and I very much hope it does), but as it stands there's nothing stopping ALB completing their DD and progressing with a Scheme at the $3 price the board have already said they would support.
